Paleo Banana Bread

1 cup almond or coconut flour

2 ripe mashed banana’s

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup almond butter

1 egg

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

Dark Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 170c & line the muffin tin with olive oil

  2. In a large bowl mash up the banana’s & mix in almond butter, eggs & vanilla

  3. In another bowl whisk the almond flour, spices & baking soda together

  4. Mix the wet ingredient with the dry

  5. Fold in chocolate chips & condiments of choice ( walnuts, pecans, caramel, white chocolate chips…)

  6. Fill the muffin tins

  7. Bake for 18-22 mins

  8. Let them cool on wired rack & store in container for upto 3 days <3
