Japanese Salad Dressing

Ingredients

3 Tbsp white sesame seeds

1 Tbsp rice vinegar

1 Tsp sesame oil

1.5 Tsp Honey or Coconut sugar

1 Tbsp soy sauce or Tamari (gluten free soy sauce)

Directions

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in pan till golden brown

  2. Grind them up to form a powder

  3. Mix the sugar/honey in a bowl with the rice vinegar, soy sauce.

  4. Once mixed, Add in sesame oil & sesame seed powder

  5. Can store upto 2 weeks in refrigerator <3
