Japanese Salad Dressing
Ingredients
3 Tbsp white sesame seeds
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tsp sesame oil
1.5 Tsp Honey or Coconut sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce or Tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
Directions
Toast the sesame seeds in pan till golden brown
Grind them up to form a powder
Mix the sugar/honey in a bowl with the rice vinegar, soy sauce.
Once mixed, Add in sesame oil & sesame seed powder
Can store upto 2 weeks in refrigerator <3
