Oats Based Pizza

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Gluten Free or Regular Quaker Oats

  2. 1/2 cup water

  3. salt & pepper to taste

  4. Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Grind up 1 cup of oats in a blender till it gets to powder consistency

  2. Mix the oat flour with half a cup of water till it starts forming into a dough

  3. Add in spices & let it sit for about 15 mins

  4. Divide the dough into equal portions & roll each portion into 125 mm diameter round disks using a little oat flour for rolling

  5. Pop them in the oven & bake for about 12-13 minutes till golden & crispy
