Oats Based Pizza
Ingredients
1 cup Gluten Free or Regular Quaker Oats
1/2 cup water
salt & pepper to taste
Italian seasoning
Directions
Grind up 1 cup of oats in a blender till it gets to powder consistency
Mix the oat flour with half a cup of water till it starts forming into a dough
Add in spices & let it sit for about 15 mins
Divide the dough into equal portions & roll each portion into 125 mm diameter round disks using a little oat flour for rolling
Pop them in the oven & bake for about 12-13 minutes till golden & crispy
